I was diagnosed with bipolar I disorder before I was born. My mother was diagnosed with manic depression, and then bipolar II disorder, before I was born.
I’ve been seeking answers and a cure for bipolar for as long as I can remember.

In 2024, I cured myself and I resumed writing my book memoir CURED My 20-year journey healing from bipolar disorder.
My intention with it is, for others living with bipolar, and perhaps struggling, to know they are not alone.
For their loved ones to get more insight into what’s is like to live with this disease.
And to help break down the stigma around mental illness.
